Winnings and Refunds
Due to technical issues at the data center in Paris, we were unable to pay out winnings and/or refunds at the betting counters for an extended period on Sunday, 22 February. For all betting customers who left the event venue before the system was restored, we are offering the payout of winnings through our event office.
Please send a clearly legible copy of your betting ticket, along with your first name, last name, and the IBAN of your bank account, to info@whiteturf.ch. Upon verification of your entitlement to the winnings, we will process the payment within the next 20 days.
